Changing or cancelling orders

How can I place an order?

Place the desired products in your digital shopping basket using the big green 'Order' button. If you place your order using your Bamboo Import account, it will be even quicker because we already know you. No account? You can also order without an account, but we will still need your details.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order in your Bamboo Import account. You can only cancel if the order has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can either refuse it at the door or return it after receiving it. In that case please register your return via the online return request form.

How can I change my order?

You can change the name and address of your order by contacting our customer service. Did you forget a product or order the wrong one? Cancel your order and place a new order with the correct product. You can cancel an order via your order history in your Bamboo Import account.

Stock status

Is my product in stock

You can see for yourself whether a product is in stock. The stock status is always shown with the product, this status and the available quantity can be found next to the price of each product on the product page.

What does the status "Out of stock" mean?

We can temporarily not deliver a product with an 'out of stock' status. Usually these products are back in stock after a few weeks. We will keep you informed about this. Register via the 'Reserve' button and you will receive an e-mail as soon as the product is available again.

Can I order a product that is not in stock?

Would you like to order a product that is temporarily out of stock? No problem at all. You can make a reservation free of charge by sending an e-mail to our customer service through the 'Reserve' button next to the product. As soon as we have the product in stock, you will receive an email from us so that you can order the product via the website. Would you like to have other items that are in stock now? Then order them separately.
