Payment options

Bamboo Import uses a secure internet environment as soon as you start the checkout process. This way, others will not have the chance to secretly check out your order. Your transaction details are sent encrypted via an SSL connection. No special software is needed to pay with SSL. You will recognise a secure SSL connection by the 'green lock' in your browser.
In the webshop you can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact/Mistercash, Visa, Mastercard and Bamboo Import gift vouchers or discount coupons. It is also possible to pay by manual transfer. Please contact the customer service. In the shop you can pay with pin or cash. All payment methods are free of charge, we do not charge any payment fees. Unfortunately, we do not accept any other payment methods such as payment after receipt of products, instalments, payment at the door, gift vouchers or by giro.

gift and discount vouchers

You bet! If you want to surprise someone or make them happy, give them a gift voucher from Bamboo Import! You can choose the amount of the voucher yourself. Order the gift voucher by sending an email to the customer service. Bamboo Import discount vouchers can be won by entering our photo competition.
Enter the code of the gift or discount code in the checkout screen. The amount of a voucher is visible as a total discount amount during checkout. If the amount of your order exceeds the amount of the voucher, you pay the remaining amount in another way. If you do not use a voucher credit, the remaining balance will remain on your voucher. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address you provided. The confirmation will show the net prices per item, including the discount granted by redeeming the code. Of course, you can also use the gift voucher and the discount code for our shop. However, a gift card cannot be exchanged for money or credited to your account.
Our gift and discount vouchers have an expiry date. You cannot use gift vouchers or discount coupons after the expiry date. You can find the expiry date in the e-mail containing your coupon code. Payment failed or rejected

Back payments
