Easy to attach reed fence rolls

For example, we recommend placing the reed fence rolls at least ten inches off the ground to extend their life. An edging board can then help to fill the space under the fence rolls.

Reed is a versatile product that you can use to quickly create a unique tropical atmosphere. We have both peeled and unpeeled reed fence rolls in our assortment. Unpeeled reed fence rolls are on average 6-8 mm thick and slightly grayer in color. Our reed fence rolls are tied together with galvanized iron wire or green nylon thread. All reed fence rolls in our range are 6 meters wide and available in different heights from 80 to 200 cm. However, if you want to customize a reed fence rolls, you can easily shorten them both in height and width.
To enjoy your reed fence rolls for as long as possible, it is important that it is mounted properly. Please avoid direct contact with the ground. We recommend placing the fence rolls just above the ground so that they do not remain damp for long periods of time. After all, this can cause discoloration and mold over time.
Attaching the reed fence rolls to a Mesh Panel, trellis, balcony fence, construction fence or fencing can be done with Tie-Ties or Tie-Wraps. Wrap these around the stems and fence and twist or pull.
For attaching the reed fence rolls to a fence, we have two options. You can, first, choose to attach it with Wire Clamps. Place these over the stem and hammer them down with a hammer. Second, you can choose to use our fastening screws. These are small screws with a Washer, which you use to screw the cane to the back and the Washer keeps it firmly in place.
A reed fence roll can easily be cut to size. Shortening a reed fence roll in height can be done with clippers or hedge shears. Cut the reed at the desired height, and place the reed fence roll in the desired spot. It is also easy to adjust the width. Choose the right size and add 3 reeds to it. Cut the iron wires from top to bottom and remove the last three stems. This leaves you with a few centimeters of iron wire which can be easily twisted together again so that the reed fence roll remains firmly attached to each other.
