WORKING WITH BAMBOO
Bamboo sticks can be connected in many different ways. Most techniques use rope and/or threaded ends. But more advanced methods, such as the fish mouth connection or peg-and-hole connection, are also possible.

PROPERTIES
Each bamboo pole is unique. Color differences and variations in the width of the bamboo canes are normal with this natural product. Vertical cracking is also a natural characteristic of the material. Especially in the hot and dry months of the year, vertical cracks can appear in bamboo. In humid and cold weather, the cracks are smaller than in dry and hot weather. The cracking of bamboo does not directly affect its lifespan.
A natural characteristic of bamboo poles is that the canes are thicker at the base than at the top. The gradient of the bamboo canes depends on the bamboo species and the length of the cane.
