Last Saturday, 7 January 2017, our bamboo materials were admired in the RTL 4 programme Eigen Huis & Tuin. It showed how Dennis Weening tried to make a picnic table from bamboo.

Dennis Weening, known from the television programme 'Expedition Robinson', spends more than six weeks every year on an island. As a result, his garden has been somewhat neglected. Together with Tom from Eigen Huis & Tuin and the bamboo poles of Bamboo Import Europe, he is working hard to spruce up his garden with some Robinson-like touches. From Guadua bamboo they make a homemade bamboo picnic table, finished with manila rope.
