Extra-thick reed mat
These sturdy reed mats are made of unpeeled freshwater reeds. The reeds are approx. 8 to 12 mm wide and tied together with iron wire per stem.
The extra-thick reed mats provide a warm appearance and create privacy on your veranda or balcony. As a temporary solution, the reed mat is very suitable due to its relatively low price. Reed mats can be used in many ways and are mainly used as covering against existing fences, wire fences or on balconies and balustrades. Reed mats are also ideal for growing climbing plants against it.
Keep in mind that this reed mat is not sight-proof. If you want a bit more privacy, we recommend double fixing the mats for optimal density.
The lifespan of a reed mat is on average 2 to 8 years, depending on where you place it and the weather conditions.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
