Bamboo Giant Gateway Natural
The gateway that seamlessly matches our bamboo screen Giant Natural. This Giant gate is custom-made in the Netherlands and is of high quality.
The base consists of a galvanised steel frame and the sides are finished with planks of Azobe hardwood. The front and back of this garden door are lined with halved bamboo poles from Indonesia averaging 6-8 cm wide and the total thickness of the gate is about 10 cm.
The gate comes with the fixing materials, a stainless steel door lock with key and a door handle. You can easily install the bamboo gate yourself by hanging it between 2 hardwood garden posts. These hardwood posts are not included with the gate, but you can easily reorder them.
When ordering, choose the correct direction of rotation. The rotation direction is determined from your own garden, looking at the place where the gate should be.

The hinges are on the left side of the door, the door handle is on the right and the door opens inwards.
Right-handed door
The hinges are on the right side of the door, the door handle is on the left and the door opens inwards.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
After installing the gate, you can apply our Bamboo Protector, a specially developed colourless/transparent stain that protects bamboo from tarnishing and discolouration. With outdoor use, bamboo will age and discolour, just like all natural materials. We therefore recommend treating bamboo annually, preferably in spring, with our Bamboo Renovator, a specially developed stain that protects the bamboo and restores its colour.Bamboo Renovator is easy to apply to cleaned bamboo using a brush. When doing so, use thin layers and spread Bamboo Renovator well. For cleaning bamboo, you can use our Bamboo Cleaner. For persistent dirt/debris, bamboo can also be sprayed with a high-pressure cleaner. But at a suitable distance to avoid damage.
A SHINY RESULT
An alternative maintenance product is also available. This is Bamboo Booster. Bamboo Booster is a natural oil that can easily be applied with a cloth. With this oil, you get a nice shiny result. The oil protects and nourishes the bamboo, but does not slow down the process of discolouration. Bamboo Booster can be applied several times a year for optimal results. The oil can only not be combined with our Protector and Renovator stain.
